04/25/2021 - Level Up Conference Highlights.

I hope you had the opportunity to join in Symmetry Financial Group’s Level Up Conference on March 26. The speeches and the break out sessions were great and provided a sense that we will all be gathering again soon. Being a part of the conference no matter if watching it virtually or being in person, provides a sense of fellowship with someone else who has seen it or being to one of our conferences. It also provides an opportunity to meet people that you might only know from their post on group me, seeing their name on Friday Sales Leaderboard or maybe they are leading one of The Delaney Agency’s conference calls. We do have a conference coming up in August which you can find out more about by clicking here .

04/06/2021 - By being Vulnerable you will become the person you need to Become to Find success.

On The Delaney Agency help desk call for the last two weeks we have seen agents request help with different sections of the phone script. Brian Delaney on the help desk call coached them through the script on where to place pauses and the posture you need to have when you are on the phone. Each call you make you need to add yourself or personality into the call so the person who picks up is not only listening to what you have to say but is meeting you. This happens through the questions you are asking and the way you lead them through the entire conversation and script to get the necessary information to provide the best help you are able to offer to that person. At Symmetry Financial Group, you never know who you might speak to next but what you can control is who they are speaking to. Take control of the call, walk them through how you are going to provide them what they requested when they initially filled out the request for someone to call them.

02/26/2021 - “The value of a Goal is who you become in the pursuit of your goal.”

As growing leaders our first instinct might be to steal struggles from another agent who might be going through a learning phase of this business or anything they do. We can provide direction or the resources to overcome but at some point everyone will come upon a moment that will determine how they move forward and what they can learn from a moment. Remember no matter if you are in Symmetry Financial Group, The Delaney Agency, or just learning something new, you will need to learn how to do it on your own. Yes it could take time but by the end you will have gone through it, learned it, and might have found an easier way to face it for the next time. All we hope as we face challenges in the path to an overall goal or a smaller goal to get to a bigger goal is we become better for facing it and that we learn from it on how to do it better.

02/22/2021 - Controlling Your Mindset & Energy

As an agent and growing leader you will find how you will ride the rollercoaster of emotion. What do you have in place to be sure that you put either the high emotion from success to work for you? When you hit a wall, what do you have in place or who is that person you can reach out to get out of the rut? Do you have a group around you to be sure you are being challenged and supported to test yourself during all parts of the business and to keep your eyes on your next goal. Within The Delaney Agency or within Symmetry Financial Group have you surrounded yourself with those people or gotten a phone number of someone who you will reach out to you when you need that pick me up or advice.

Sometimes you can overwhelm yourself if you are reaching for a little bit of everything all at the same time when in reality, as Brian Delaney says we should be concentrating on chopping down one tree instead of trying to chop down multiple trees at the same time. Is it being sure you improve the amount of appointments you have in a week, is it being sure you hit the at least $5,000.00 apv in a week, is it to start to build your team, or is it to hit the agency owner or agency director position. Do you know what you are working for or who you are working for as you move forward. Let’s get your motivation out and let’s find your “Why”.
