CHRIS RIPPLE

What were you doing before Symmetry and what was your approximate income?
I was a college baseball coach making approximately $30k.

What attracted you to Symmetry Financial Group?
My original attraction was to own my time and be in business for myself. I knew that this industry is very lucrative for the people who had success. It was very important for me to see a culture, system, and resources in place where hard work and character could be implemented.

How has your life changed since joining Symmetry?
My life is much more abundant. From income, relationships, responsibilities, and time – I feel much more fulfilled and wake up ready to grow each day. The culture and mentorship within, not only the Delaney Agency, but Symmetry as a whole, has pushed me to grow professionally and personally into the person I ultimately want to become.

What opportunities have you been able to do or provide because you started working with Symmetry Financial Group, that you likely would not have done or unable to in another career?
In my first full year of business with Symmetry, I was able to earn two all-expense paid vacations with my fiancé. But more importantly, I’ve been able to give back to my community both financially and from a time standpoint.  I wasn’t able to do this prior to Symmetry.

What advice do you have for a new agent?
Become a student of the game. Own it. Embrace the process and tie your emotions to the process, rather than the immediate result. If you can do that, you'll surprise yourself.  You’ll see how far you've come, and that the sacrifice you made to become the person you are was well worth it.

That’s our story.
Now it’s time to start writing your own.
